MY email addresses

Okay, how do I print a hard copy of my email addresses from outlook 2007.
Its been suggested that I do a .csv but that didn't result in a list of names
and corresponding email addresses - only names. Any body out there that has
done this or knows ALL the steps to make this happen? Thanks, Terry
