Default Distribution lists

I have an excel spreadsheet one column in the sheet is a list of all email
addresses. I need to create distribution lists. Each list will contain about
100 contacts. My excel spreadsheet has over 3000 names. Is there a way to
convert this list to an outlook distribution list without having to type each
individual name?
