cant' add contact in outlook
When I go to add a contact i get a new window "Location Information" wanting
my area code and country/region drop down menu. I'm to choose what country I live in but the list is EMPTY! My Regional/Language settings in control panel is fine. I just bought OUtlook2007 hoping it would fix the problem in Outlook 2003 but to no avail! Same problem! Thanks for you response in advance!

Go to Control panel, Phone and modem options and set up your calling
information. I went to phone & modem options. That is precisely the screen I get when trying to enter a new contact and that country drop down box is empty. So at least now I know that the phone modem thing is the problem. How do I get the country list in there? Thanks again. That is a windows feature... google found this article:
