Russ: Ironically, I am considered very articulate, so I am suprised by your
reply. It is a simple question: What can I do to save three email addresses
in the email boxes provided in my vcard? When I add these addresses and save
the vcard that I am adding them to, I can retrieve the complete saved
document with the three addreses when I look in my Outlook Contacts, but only
the primary email address is saved when I Forward it as a vcard (from the
Actions tab) or try to save it in My Documents and insert it to send (the
other two addresses are gone/deleted).

Also, when I use Forward (vs. Forward as a vcard) from the Actions tab on
the vcard, the Activities buttton is live and streams email and my calendar.
I won't use just the forward button in Actions because of this, but is this
normal? I believe that the Forward as a vcard or insert of a saved doc are
the way to go, but, again, neither is saving my three email addresses. Hope
my question concerning how to retain the three email addresses is now clear.
Thanks. -Loveofthedesert

vCards are not an Outlook construct or form. They are based on simpler
internet protocols for use with other programs and as such would not be
expected to behave as an Outlook form would. I'm not sure why you would be
using vCards when you have Outlook.

My contacts in Outlook save in what I thought was vcard (you're saying not to
bother with vcard since I use Outlook). I think you are also saying that it's
no wonder that vcard isn't working with Outlook. Then how do I send email of
an Outlook contact info "card" to someone without loosing any of the info, as
I describe happens when I try to send as a vacard.

After I replied to your answer, below, I found this article which seems to
contradict your belief that Vcard and Outlook aren't compatible. When I
follow directions it does work, although I first get a "Cannot find this
file" which I ignore because the file is attached at that point...??

http://www.ehow.com/how_2042593_shar...ugh-email.html

Please also answer part 2 of my question regarding Activities downloading my
email and calendar into the vcard.

I never said they weren't compatible. I said that you were converting an
Outlook Item into a different format and when you do so you risk losing or
changing data, which you obviously did. My question remains as to why you
feel you need to change an Outlook Item to some other format. If you want
all your Outlook data to remain intact, then don't change it. vCards do not
support links to Other Contact Folders and views which is why you also lose
activities and calendar entries.
You still have not clarified what you're trying to do, so it makes giving
you specific answers difficult.
