Outlook 2003 error msg at start-up....how get rid of?

I get the following error message every time I start Outlook 2003: The
add-in "C:\Program Files\Motorola Phone Tools\Outl97.dll" could not be
installed or loaded. this problem may be resolved by using detect and repair
on the hlep menu
I tried to load a driver to downloas pics from cell ph to my
computer....canceled it when I saw it mentioned Outlook......however, it has
inserted something in my Outlook at start-up.....how do I remove it? Thanks

Not sure what this has to do with Contacts.
Just remove the add-in from your profile. Tools Options Other Advanced
Options Add-in manager.
