Email campaign blasts utilizing distribution lists within outlook
How do I efficiently send out a personalized email (ie - Dear Frist Name,) to
a distribution list of 20 individuals from various companies, and keep in mind that this would need to be managed through the BCC because I do not want these 20 individuals to know this email was not only sent to them directly. I am trying to effectively emai campaign via outlook and have been having trouble figuring out how to personalize each email. |

I am not sure how to do a mail merge in outlook. Can you provide
step-by-step instructions for how to do this? What does the view look like from the person how receives the email. Keep in mind that I was planning on BCC unless I do not need to do this when merging into outlook. I always want to keep in mind that I am sending a standard email to 20 different company contacts but they view the email as personalized to them directly. I have had difficulty finding the mail merge instructions which specifically
address my process I am looking to develop. Please keep in mind that I want to BCC all contacts so they do not know I am sending to other people at the same time. I did find the mail merge instructions, but still need help sending
personalized distrbution lists. I can not seem to figure this out.
