Default scrolling through contacts

When addressing a new email in OE you can scroll through your contacts by
grabbing the scroll bar and sliding it up and down, seeing the contact slide
up and down while you move the bar. In Outlook 2007 this is not the case.
As you move the scroll bar the contacts do not move until you release the bar
and then the contacts jump to that position.

Is there anyway to make the contacts scroll as you mover the scroll bar?

As far as I know, you can't change that behavior

Default scrolling through contacts

it depends on your mouse and mouse software.

Rather than dragging the bar, place the mouse in the pane and roll.
