Depends on your version of Outlook. With OL 2002/2003, click ToolsE-mail
AccountsView or change existing directories or address booksNext. Select
the Outlook Address Book service and click Change. Remove the bogus
reference there. Stop and restart Outlook to have it take effect. For
Outlook 2007, click ToolsAccount Settings, select the Address Books tab,
then Outlook Address Book and click Change. The rest should be similar.

Brian, Thank you. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. All of my files are all *.pst. None are .pab so I follow your instructions but under Personal Address Book has no files. I thought I did everything and rebooted. Unfortunately, both Contacts are there.

Um, I never mentioned PAB. Why do you? When you click Change, you should
see both Contacts folders listed there with the ability to remove them. If
that doesn't work, remove the Outlook Address Book service from the profile
and readd it.
