Cannot add contacts - OL 2007 + Exchange 2003
Hello all,
I am having a strange problem with OL 2007. When we try to add a contact it all goes fine until we get to the telephone portion. When you add a number the contact screen freezes outlook. It is only happening to one user with a shared contacts folder. His assistant and he both cannot add any contacts. I have searched and searched on Google and cannot come up with any answers through the newsgroups or on the Microsoft OL 2007 solutions pages. I would appreciate any help or light anyone can shed on this matter for me. Thanks!
