How do I remove activities from a contact vcard?

When I create a vard and send it someone. They open the tab Activities and
they can open it up and all my emails show. How can I get rid of it. I just
want the vcard to act a s a business card with no linking to anything in my
OUTLOOK.
Please HELP!!!!

Those items aren't being sent in the vCard. They're items in that person's
Outlook message store and Outlook is just showing them

That person has items in their Outlook file which use the same Contact's
