I have set up over 400 contacts that have a image attached to each of them
and I can view them fine. When I export them and import them into a different mailbox the contacts are there but the images aren't. Any ideas on how I can get this to work? |

As much as import/export is near and dear to our hearts - this doesn't sound
like one of those times where that's an appropriate way to accomplish your task. Since you have provided no info as to what the "different mailbox" is (i.e. Exch? Another computer? etc etc) - difficult to provide a complete answer but am fairly certain that "export/import" is NOT the correct solution (be it via Outlook or any other 3rd product such as ContactGenie - our products that do advanced import/export). Seriously doubt that any of the MVP's here would suggest export/import as a viable solution. The short answer to this is to "copy" the info to the target. The correct procedure depends on whether this is Each based or Outlook PST based etc etc etc. Karl __________________________________________________ _ Karl Timmermans - The Claxton Group ContactGenie - Importer 1.3 / DataPorter 2.0 / Exporter "Power contact importers/exporters for MS Outlook '2000/2007" http://www.contactgenie.com "Penny Miller" wrote in message ... I normally put which versions I'm using, I must have spaced off. We use
Ol2K7 / E2k7 Server. I exported them from my mailbox and imported them to another mailbox. They all imported fine except the image that was attached to each of them. Import/export doesn't handle pictures as you've found out. Other approach
would be as noted in previous response.
