How do I share my distribution lists with my coworkers?

I maintain numerous Distribution Lists that I used to share w/ my co-workers
when we were using the "Groupwise" program. Since moving to Outlook (with a
Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account), I cannot figure out how to share
my distribution lists and my contacts w/ my co-workers.
