I am using contacts in outlook 2007 for my personal contacts (and business
contact manager for buisness ones). The default business card in outlook includes company, jod title etc which is not relevant for my personal contcats. I have worked out how to change individual cards but is it possible to change the default - or to change the layout of the business cards for all contacts at once (and all future contacts)? Thanks |

Yes, you can change the layout for future business cards. It involves changing the contact template.
Open a blank contact, make the changes you would like in the actual business card, publish the form. in the contact folder properties select your form as the default form to use. All new contacts business cards should be with your new format. I'm looking on how to change existing cards.
