I am using Outlook 2003 w/SP3. I have created an Act. Mgr. field in my
contacts list and want to add a act mgr name to groups of contacts by state, i.e. (050=Mary Smith). I cannot figure out a way to copy/paste i.e. 050=Mary Smith into multiple contacts at once. Instead I have to copy and past each one. Any suggestions out there? i'm looking at over 3,000 contacts to add particular mgrs to. |
