Default weekly letters sent through categories

We have several large category lists that we send weekly letters through. I
get feedback from some that they are not recieving the letters. When I look
at the information on my end it looks correct. What could the problem be?

you need to look at the mail server logs to see if their server accepted the
message. if so, the problem is on their end. They should check their spam
filter first though.
