Cannot import Excell to Outlook contacts - 'no translater'
OUTLOOK 2003 - Excell 2003. Trying to import data (names e mail addresses)
from Excel work sheet to Outlook Contacts - get to the fianl stage when 'outlook translater is not installed, do you want to install it?' box is displayed. Answer Yes, system attempts to install a programme (green download line starts then stops), then boots out with the following message 'MS Office Outlook cannot install the translator. The feature is not available'. Have searched all the web sites I can find to get the translator - can anyone put me right. Thanksi-- David

It resides with your original installation files. What were those?
