Default Not all contacts showing up on Select Name dialog box

I have Windows XP SP2 with Office 2003 SP2. when I compose email, click To,
the select name dialog box shows up, Contacts is my first choice for address,
but not all of my contacts showing up in this dialog box, about 70 out of 96
show up. when I view the Contacts folder, I have 96 items show up, which is
more than the Show Names dialog box. Any one can help please figure out how
to make the Select name dialog box show all 96 items instaed of 70? thanks
in advance.

For very obvious reasons, the Outlook Address Book would show only those
Contacts with valid electronic addresses.

In addition to what Russ said, if the 26 contacts that don't show up do have
email addresses defined, then I suspect they were imported and, hence, the
mail address is not properly resolved.

Already posted. Every Contact that has a valid, resolved email address will
appear in your address book view. If one does not, it does not have a valid,
resolved email address.
