Everything in my outlook active syncs except my contacts,

My phone was reset by tech support and I have a Sprint Mogul HTC. The
contacts are not showing up on my phone after I Active sync. When I active
sync it shows that the contacts are checked but nothing is on my phone? How
can I fix this problem

Synching questions belong in microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync. Outlook
doesn't actively participate in the synching except as a data repository.
It's all up to the sync software.
