I was a meeting organizer in Outlook and when I tried to delete a reoccurring
meeting I somehow deleted myself as the organizer and now the meeting still
shows up on the attendees calenders, not mine. I can't delete the series
because I'm not the organizer anymore, but on the other attendees calenders,
it shows that I am.

It may more than likely be coming from a delegate or someone set to auto
accept. See if you can request the meeting be deleted from the room itself
by your Exchange team and when they delete it, have them send out the
meeting cancellation/deletion.
