Instant Messaging
I understand Outlook 2007 allows users to see the online status of IM
contacts. To turn on this function go to Tools - Options - Other, then select options under Person Names. My problem is this area is grayed out. I have several contacts in Outlook with IM address, etc and I also use Live Messenger. Am I missing a step here, or do I need something else to use this feature?
