Hi, I am hoping someone can help - Someone here at my workplace created a
large folder of contacts from one company. She wants to send Vcards to this list, but when she does, she wants it to only display the company name in the "to" field, not each individual name. How does she do this? Thanks in advance |

Why?
You can put all recipients in BCC and your own name in To field. To have only the Company namein the To field, you would need to make a Distribution List called Company Name and use it. No real benefit in that though. Regards Judy Gleeson MVP Outlook Trainer and Consultant www.pragmatix.com.au My suggested settings for Outlook 2003 are FREE on my website. ..
