Default Change/Remove Field names in 2007 Outlook Contact Address Book

I'm using Outlook primarily for a printable address book. My address cards
are alphabetical, the way I want them: Doe, Jane. My next lines are Last
Name: Doe, next line is First Name: Jane. Can I eliminate the field names
"First Name" and "Last Name" and just show Jane Doe? Also I'd like to change
some field names, such as "mobile" to "cell".

Outlook has a great print layout with alphabet tabs on the right margin.
Sorry it's not more flexible. Are there any similar templates that you know
of in Word? Thanks for your prompt response.

I'm not aware of any that use that address book format.
