I have meeting minutes and agenda items that I send to a distribution list of
employees at my company. I would like to cc a folder on our network to have a archive of this information. Today I have to do a SAVE AS or a drag and drop. This is an extra step that I was hoping to eliminate. Thanks for any help anyone can offer. |
