Default Importing contacts from incoming emails in Outlook 2007

Hi all,
is there a way to import contacts from incoming emails into Outlook 2007
phonebook? I know there was a third party tool in Outlook Express.
Thanks!

Outlook uses Contacts Folders, not an address book and certainly not a
"phonebook." You can R click any valid email address in a message and add it
to your Contacts Folder.

Any way to do that automatically for all incoming messages (already in my
mailbox)?
Thanks!
