Default Sending Distribution Lists via Email

I am trying to email a distribution list to other coworkers that I created.
We all are using Outlook 2003. I can send the list but I cannot figure out
how to add that list to the other persons address book.

You must send the list as a Outlook Item in a RTF message. Recipients need
only open and save to put it in their default store.

You can also just click on it an hit Actions and Forward....When they recieve
it they just drag it to Contacts.

That may or may not work, depending on the relative information stores and
versions involved.
