I have 4000 contacts and ideally need to reduce this to a more managable
number, however, I don't want to actually delete old contacts. Is there a way of seeing, for example, which contacts I have used over the past 12 months and moving the remainder to a separate contacts file? |

There is no such option. -- Best regards, Michal Bednarz [Outlook MVP] http://www.codetwo.com Share Outlook on the net without Exchange! |
