Default Starting New

How do I delete the Outlook contacts and start from new - have too many
duplicates
and want to start over building the contacts

Go into the Contacts folder, highlight one contact, hit Control-A to
highlight them all and hit the Delete key

Can you give me extension or where folder where be located on hard drive

Your contacts is stored in your Personal Folders file, just like all your
other Outlook data. Open Outlook and follow Vince's instructions.
