Default why does address book give me fax numbers when I am writing email

I have a newsletter to send out and I have the list of potential people in
outlook. From the email I click on address and it gives me people who don't
even have an email address- how do I avoid this as going through almost 2000
contacts to select those with email does not fill me with joy!

Hi Pam,

you get also faxnumbers, because Outloo supports also faxprograms.

How to avoid your Outlook to show fax numbers?

Maybe it helps.
