Default exporting updated Master Category list

Is there any way to export all the added categories in the Master Category
list? I have a new laptop and have to transfer all my files. The last time I
did this I had to retype all the categories I've added over the years. I now
have over 3000 contacts and over 125 categories. I'm running Student Teacher
2003. Help ease my pain.

With Outlook 2003 you can export the values from the registry: run
"regedit", navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\O utlook\Categories

and click File/Export. Later you can import that by a double click on the
*.reg file. Note, the file will become useless if you update to Outlook
2007.

Aladdins CategorieZ has an import export feature, under the Tools|Options
dialog.
