I have a client with a public folder full of contacts. All the fax numbers
are in the format (aaa) XXX-XXX. We are trying to setup the shared fax services to fax based on these contacts but it looks like they need to be in the international format for the dialing rule to work right. if I open the contact and click the fax number button next to the number then click ok in the dialog box that comes up it changes the format and shows up as +1 (AAA) XXX XXXX. Is there any way to do this in bulk to all the contacts (almost 3000 of them)? I seen one suggestion to export them and when you import them it would fix them. that didn’t seem to work but maybe I did something wrong. Any ideas would be appreciated. |
