Try creating a Distribution List in your contacts folder in Outlook. Add all
your contacts to this distribution list and then send the mail to the
distribution list.

CLick the To button and add as many recipients as you wish. You can enter
more than one address manually as well by separating each address from the
previous one with a semicolon (or, if you've enabled the option, with a
comma).
