I got carried away and typed up to a 1000 names in my dl list on microsoft
office and now realise it won't send after reading all of the comments. How do I take some addresses from the DL list and import into another without typing them again. |

How do I take some addresses from the DL list and import into another without typing them again. Right-click the DL and drag it a little way, relase the mouse button, and choose Copy. Now, open the orignal DL and remove some names. Save and close. Open the copy, change its name, and remove the addresses from it that you DIDN'T remove from the first one. Same and close. You now have two DLs that, combined, have the same member list as the original. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
