I seem to be having a problem openinng my e- mail lately, I keep getting
secure socket layer ( SSL ) error from my pop server port # 110 and port #
25, according to my default settings every thing is in line, even when I test
my account settings every thing looks good, can anyone help me figure this
out?

Also I can look at some of my e- mail thru my road runner page but not out
look.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
