Default Incoming email shows an ID not in my contact list.

I am using outlook 2003. When I receive an email it displays the wrong name
in the "from" field (not what I have in my contacts list). Based on reading
some of these postings, I have tried searching for the .NK2 file to clear the
cache but search does not find the file anywhere on my C drive. Any ideas
where these names are coming from?

The sender. The recipient does not control the From field.
