Default how do i change the file as field globally

I'm using Outlook 2003 and I need to merge several different address books
into one master list (I have editor permissions on all of the accounts).
Some of the address books have their "file as" field as company naem,
followed by last, first. is there a way to change the "file as" field
globally in an address book without exporting and importing the entire thing?
I've already tried chnging the default to last, first by going to email
account and changing the address book... Any guidance would be appreciated.

tnx,
Jennifer
