I have been using outlook 97 for years and now finally moved to Outlook 2007.
Although all my journal entries from the past are there - and I checked the box to turn the journal on for all my contacts - is there any way to keep the journal "resident" in the contact? Why does Outlook have to do a search for the journal entries each time I open the contact and click "activities"? It just takes too long-especially if you have that client on the phone and are delayed in getting that important information--help please. |
