Creating a distribution list from an email

I am using Outlook 2003. I have just joined a new club, and someone has sent
me an email with all the members' email addresses in the "To" box. How can I
drop them all into a new distribution list, short of typing them in one by
one (there's 150 of them!)?

Depends entirely upon the format in which these addresses exist:
