Default Share customized contact information without an exchange server

Outlook 2003. As a volunteer in a charitable organization, I am trying to
come up with a way to exchange contact information including customized
fields among multiple internet users without using a MS Exchange Server. It
appears that the custom fields are not retained if a customized contact form
is forwarded to another user via email. How can I send a customized contact
form via email to another user and retain the customized information?

Thanks,

Flo

Hi Flo

you will probably do better with this question in the outlook.program_forms
group as the forms experts hang out there.

I didn't know the answer (I'm not a programmer or forms designer) and your
question was sitting here unanswered for a while.
