Default Copy or reference Windows Contacts Folder

Using Vista Enterprise and Outlook 2007. I have all of my contact information
stored in the Windows folder "C:\Users\Bruce\Contacts" (from Outlook
Express?). I want to copy or reference (preferred) this information in
Outlook; however, when I drag and drop a contact from the Windows folder into
Outlook, Outlook attaches the Contact as a note, but it does not copy the
username and email address into the Contact fields within Outlook. Thanks.

Default Copy or reference Windows Contacts Folder

Those Contacts are for Windows Mail, which has nothing whatsoever to do with
Outlook.
So are you saying you have created Contacts in Windows Mail and you would
now like to start using Outlook? If, so you would use Outlook's Import
Wizard to Import Internet Mail and Addresses.
