how can i backup my contacts to a cd?
I want to backup my outlook contacts on to a cd in case my hard drive
crashes. I currently am using outlook 2000

How to backup Outlook data has been posted here countless times.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
