Default Importing from Parsons' Address Book 7.0

Our Church uses Parsons' Address Book 7.0. We would like to import these
names and addresses into Outlook 2003 Contacts. Is this possible?

What format(s) does Parsons' addressbook export to?

Unless things have changed, simply export the Parsons addressbook to a CSV
file then import that file into Outlook. In both cases, see Import/Export
options in both programs. If the Parson's addressbook contains fields that
are not standard Outlook fields (otherwise known as user-defined fields in
Outlook parlance), you will not be able to import that data via the Outlook
import/export process - a 3rd party program (such as ContactGenie Importer)
will be required or you will need to write your own code.

When I click on export, it offers: Mail Merge, Comma Delimited, Fixed Width,
HTML Document, Membership Plus, Phone Tree, and Tab Delimited.

When I save the file, it adds a: .ab2

Thanks.
