Exporting contacts from Outlook 2007 to Live hotmail
 

I am trying to export my contacts from Outlook 2007 to Live hotmail and am
having several issues doing so. I have already tried the following with now
success:

1) I downloaded and ran the contact importer but I was told that the program
could not detect any outlook adress books.
2) I tried to export my contacts to a CSV and import it via option 2 which
essentially has you select the .csv file and import from the file. That also
did not work as I got the error "The file you chose is not from the service
selected" (I tried every service)
3) I even tried to drag and drop but that did not work either.

Any ideas or advice out there? Thank you.
