Can't create a new contact or task
 

When I try to create a new contact or task I get the error message "Could not
complete the operation. One or more parameters are not valid". I have tried
to re-install Office to solve the issue. I have run diagnostic tools,
including Office diagnostic. I have defragmented my hard drive but nothing
helps. I use contacts for work and this is a real problem. Any ideas? Thank
you.

Lots of ideas, but since you decided your Outlook version was not in play, not much anyone can do to help. Always include your Outlook version.

In Outlook 2007, try repairing the forms cache. Tools-Options-Other-Advanced-Custom Forms Select Manage Forms and then click the button to clear cache..

Thank you for your help.

I tried what you said to do, but clearing the cache did not help. I have
tried many different things to fix the problem with no luck. Any other ideas?
