Default Business card view

I am using Outlook 2007. I want to change the business card view to include
Spouse, Children and Notes fields from the contact data. I have tried
clicking on Customize Current View but the only options from there are to
Sort, Fiter or Other (which only offers changing the fonts or the size of the
business card). Can someone help?

You cannot change the business card view but you can design a second page to include the information you want. See Tools-Forms-Design a Form. Also, see http://www.outlookcode.com for some examples.

Default Business card view

Thank you for the information. Ultimately, I am trying to put the data in a
format that can be printed out to look like an address book. The business
card view works well for this purpose. Using the method you described, will I
be able to design a form that looks and prints similar to the business card
but with different information?

Yes Milly's instructions will work. Read about the MVP programme he
www.microsoft.com/mvp

You can select what type of view you make, address cards, table, timeline
etc.
