Default send e-mail contacts of a spacific categorie

In Conyacts: I click on TOOLS, FIND, ADVANCED FIND, MORE CHOICES TAB,
CATEGORIES and click the category "family". I click FIND NOW and the search
produces a list of 10 contacts. I want to send a announcement by e-mail to
these 10 people but not one by one. How do I do it? How do I group them.
I don't want to share e-mail addresses with each other, Will the recepients
all show in the To: or could the be in th Bc: pane

Firstly, I would not use a Search to get to all of the people in that
Category.

Go to the By Categories view of the Contacts folder.

Now they'll be grouped and you'll have a heading "Family" for that Category.
Select those Contacts ( I do it by grabbing the heading) and drag to the
Sent Items folder (or ANY email folder). Outlook will place their names in
a new email (in the To... field). Select their names again from the To..
field and drag to the BCC field.

If you don't have a BCC field, use HELP to find how to turn it on as it is
different in some versions and you didn't state your version

Another way is to mailmerge to them. This lets you personalise each email.
There are many posts here about how to do that - try a search in this
newsgroup on Mailmerge.

Turn on the Advanced Toolbar - it's the fastest way to the Current View
window and other great functions.
