How to add large number of Outlook contacts to distribution list
Is there an easy way to add a large number of contacts, ie 600+, to a
distribution list without having to choose them each individually? I have them all in an excel spreadsheet also.

How to add large number of Outlook contacts to distribution list
Why would you want to? DL's of that size will not work with most mail
servers and are a decidedly poor choice for mass mailing. No one I know of would use one. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Kay" wrote in message ... For a recipient list that large I would create a separate Contacts
