Is there an easy way to add a large number of contacts, ie 600+, to a
distribution list without having to choose them each individually? I have them all in an excel spreadsheet also. |

Why would you want to? DL's of that size will not work with most mail
servers and are a decidedly poor choice for mass mailing. No one I know of would use one. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Kay" wrote in message ... For a recipient list that large I would create a separate Contacts
Subfolder, then use a mail merge to electronic mail. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Kay" wrote in message ... Thanks. So what would you use instead?
