how do I reduce # of recipients on distribution list?

I have databases that have been sent to me...some totaling over 400
recipients, that I have as separate distribution lists. I can’t drag, cut,
copy or paste them and I have been trying to break these lists into separate
distribution lists under 100 recipients. Any ideas?

If you have a large DL, then right-click and move it slightly. Choose Copy.
You'll now have two identical DL. Open the first and delete some entries.
Save and Close. Open the copy, give it a new name, and delete some members
that you did NOT delete from the first one. Save and close. You can break
a large DL down this way into however many DLs you want.
