Where distribution lists are saved on systems (folder location)
 

I have Outlook and a seperate email account that is not associated and can
not be (restrictions). I have created a distribution list using my Outlook
and I need to send that to another individual so he can add it to his
distribution list in his Outlook (that is already associated with his email
address).

I have two questions:
1) Where/How can I locate where the distribution list is saved on my system,
2) When I have sent the file to him, how would he make it available as a
distribution list on his Outlook?

Where distribution lists are saved on systems (folder location)
 

Distribution Lists are stored in your Contacts Folder the same as all your
other Contact information.
If you insert the DL as an Outlook Item in an RTF message, the recipient
simply opens it and saves it to put it in his Contacts Folder.
