Default Birthdays recorded in Contacts changed on their own

I use Contacts to record personal information on friends and family. I
discovered the other day that -- as far as I can tell -- all recorded
birthdates somehow changed automatically by one day.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? Or know what caused it? Or how to
fix it?

you can either set it back to eastern, export the calendar to excel or csv
format, change the time and import... or try the tz tool.

Diane,

Thank you. That should get me on the right track.

Can you tell me where to find the "tz tool"?

Thanks again.

(BTW: Seems like a glitch to me if, in today's mobile society, important
data changes by itself when you change time zones)

Regards,
