Birthdays recorded in Contacts changed on their own
I use Contacts to record personal information on friends and family. I
discovered the other day that -- as far as I can tell -- all recorded birthdates somehow changed automatically by one day. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Or know what caused it? Or how to fix it?

Yes. I recently moved from Eastern time zone to Central.

Thank you. That should get me on the right track. Can you tell me where to find the "tz tool"? Thanks again.
